How it works….

A non-disclosure agreement and an engagement agreement need to be put into effect prior to any work commencing.

Business Control System engagements are generally charged on a retainer basis,

Projects are charged subject to individual  agreements and staged payments as agreed milestones are achieved.

Payment Terms

Initial engagement payments are made in advance of any work commencing.

The usual engagement period for the Business Control System is for 12 months.

For example for a normal 6 month engagement 50% of the fees are due up front with with 5 equal payments made over the remaining 5 months.

Payment for Tune-up, Business Control System or other sessions are due and payable in advance and should be received before the first scheduled appointment. Subsequent payments are due and payable on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received before the scheduled appointment, the session will be cancelled.

Payments for Consulting and Ad Hoc projects will be subject to the individual engagement agreements – however at least a portion of the Project cost must be paid in advance of any work commencing.

Thereafter Fees are due before the end of the first week of each month.

Fees do not include any out-of-pocket costs such as:

  • Travel expenses for travel outside of the NSW Central Coast; whether by airplane, train, or taxi.
  • Tolls
  • Accommodation and meals
  • Meeting room or equipment hire charges & fees
  • Photocopying or printing
  • Graphic Design, web hosting or other 3rd party costs.

All such fees will be paid for by the client, generally in advance.

Discounts may be available for upfront total payments for the period of engagement.

Custom  packages can be developed depending upon the client’s needs.

Every meeting – Whether F2F or via Skype / Telephone will have a follow up report generated of the high points, progress and the agreed actions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule our appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.

Unless there is an emergency, if you do not show up for a scheduled call, we will not make up that time.

If I need to reschedule our appointment, I will give you at least 24 hours notice as well.
